Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Can I have my adoption nullified?

My mother remarried when I was 4. When I was 5 I was adopted by her new husband. As it turns out they lied to my real father to get him to agree to the adoption. In addition lying to me all of my life.

I want my father's name back. I know it's all about the name and I know that I probably can't do much. But please help me find out if I can do anything to have my adoption nullified. I will provide as much info as I can.

Please help.

How old are you now? It would be less costly and much quicker to just petition the Probate Court for a name change. You can call me at (517) 699-5090 or (810) 463-5821.
