Adultry

If a woman discovers her husband is sleeping with another woman, and then he moves out of the married home and into the house of the other woman what is the usual recourse? Is the husband going to be in huge trouble with the state of Michigan or will it just be a normal divorce?

It will be a normal divorce. While Adultery is grounds for divorce, it does not impact property division.
