Alimony

I am trying to reach someone by phone or mail in the City of Michigan regarding my husband's alimony. Him and his ex-wife have been divorced for eight or more years now. His ex-wife has remarried and was still receiving alimony. And his income check was snatched as well. How do we find out when his ex-wife remarried and how can we get this money back?

Remarriage does not always mean no alimony. You must look at the judgment to see if remarriage bars alimony. Bill Stern 248-353-9400
