Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I am an American in Turkey, and my wife is an American/Turkish citizen. She is calling my coworker (Turkish citizen) and accusing us of having an affair. She also contacted my boss and both my coworker and I are facing embarrassment and the possibility of losing our jobs. Are American laws applicable to my wife's conduct? She is a real liability and her accusations are baseless.
