Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Attorney dismissal

I came to conclusion that after I spent over 30k just on my attorney for divorce and now being falsely accused of fraud by my Ex so she can get even more money, I am going to release my attorney and defend myself. Is there anything what prevents me from doing it? I believe that I can represent myself now better than him. He lost interest, got his money and just wasting some more. Is there anything I should watch for?

Thanks

Attorney dismissal

If you had been treated by a doctor for a serious illness and then continued to be seriously ill, I doubt that you would fire the doctor and treat yourself. Wouldn't it be more logical to just hire some other doctor you felt more comfortable with?

Do you somehow feel more qualified to practice law than to practice medicine? Both ideas are terrible ideas.

I STRONLY recommend you find a different, well qualified, aggressive attorney to help you through your problem.
