Attorney Retainer for a divorce

I signed a retainer agreement foir a divorce but no mmoney was paid. I don't want that attorney now, am I liable for his retainer?

Only if he performed work for you. I suggest you contact him immediately to cancel the contract and also put your cancellation in writing.
