Back Child Support

I was divorced in 1995 & did not seek any child support. My daughter is now 20 years old & I'm wondering if I can seek back child support from my ex-husband for the years that she was under 18 & he did not pay anything. She was 10 1/2 at the time of the divorce & I had sole legal custody with joint physical custody. I have never received any amount of money for support since my divorce.
