Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Back Child Support and Starting New Job.

I have been unemployed and homeless for two years and just got a decent full-time job that I will be starting in two weeks. I want to work out an arrangement so the FOC won't show up at my new job and arrest me there and cause me to lose my job. What are my options so this won't happen?

Just set up a meeting with them and make payment arrangements. If you already have a warrant out for you, be prepared to bring money to have them lift the warrant so that you alk out of there. When you were out of work, you should have motioned to lower support. By not doing so, you'll be paying for years. William S. Stern
