I just got out of jail for an OUI, I am behind on my support. Can my ex-wife deny my visitation until I am cuaght up?

To Whom It May Concern:
This is in response to your email of May 8, 2001, which was received by this office on June 20, 2001.
Your ex-wife cannot legally deny you visitation with your children until you get caught up in child support. However, if you take her to court to enforce your visitation rights, I am sure the court will also look for a way to reduce your support arrearage.
