Beneficiary of life ins. in divorce
My husband divorce from previous marriage states that ''It is ordered upon stipulation and agreement of both parties, the minor children shall be named beneficiary on life ins. policy. Years later he is now remarried, and has new employer & policy, does this apply, we were told only if he agrees to this.

The wording seems ambiguous to me. I am less than thrilled with the drafting of the judgment. The issue could be argued both ways. His divorce lawyer should be involved in his decision at this point.
