name of birth certificate
is it legal for biological father to be on birth certificate if not married to childs mother?? And, if he is on, how can you get him OFF

Yes, it is legal, and even encouraged. However, this is only if the mother was not married at the time of conception or delivery. Once on a birth certificate only a legal defect when placing them on the certificate--like being married to someone else--will create a chance to correct an error.
