Break up
I have lived with my boyfriend for 7 years and we built a house together 3 years ago. We have a child together. We have both paid equal amounts of the bills but the house is in his name. We are breaking up and I was wondering if I have to move out because the house is in his name

Whose name is the mortgage in? In any case, you have little protection when you're not married. If you had a written contract, that could have been enforced. Without it, you're both left to your own devices.

Unless you get a court order to the contrary, the boyfriend can begin proceedings to evict you.
