Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

My brother and I was adopted by a family 25 years ago. My brother decided at age 15 that he wanted to move back with his birth mother and so he did. my brother has not had any contact with adopted family in 16 years. my brother and I have 8 birth siblings. My question is: does the biological siblings loose their rights as birth siblings, to a brother that has been adopted ?

I guess your question is a tad confusing to me. Essentially, your brother and you are now children of the adoptive family and you have no legal ties to your biological parents. You cam inherit from the adopdive parents, but not birth parents unless there are wills to the contrary. Either can leave you assets or write you out.
