Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

My brother is ordered to pay alimony to his wife who collects disability, but before the divorce even was granted she moved in her ex and they have been cohabitating ever since. Does he have to continue paying her alimony?

Check the language of the divorce judgment. If it says he does he does not have to pay alimony if she is cohabitating with another, then he is 'off the hook'. If it does not, he probably must still pay.
