Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
Canceling a motion
i have an outstanding motion that
appoints a parenting facilitator. I
want to file a different motion related
to my being denied access to my kids
home schooling records. Court says i
can only have 1 motion at a time.
Can the first motion be cancelled, if
so, how? Thank you for your time!

It sounds like you are trying to play lawyer on your own. It sounds like you are being unsuccessful at playing lawyer. I STRONLY suggest that you stop trying to do things that you are not qualified to do. You are heading down a road that is likely to present more problems that solutions.
Multiple motions can be filed at the same time. Motions can be withdrawn. Locate an experienced family law attorney in your area and schedule a meeting right away.
