Can I Keep My Car??

my div. was final 11/08/02, in the judgement i was awarded a 2002 lease vehicle that was in my husbands name( due to my bad credit, unable to acquire loan). i was given a certain amt of time to remove his name from lease, and either put in my name or others. contract from honda states, ''not permitted to transfer lease contract to other person, unless written consent from lessee. my ? is, does my judgement override the contracts assignment clause????

Greetings; No, your divorce judgment does not affect 3rd. party contracts or any other party for that matter except you and your former spouse.
