Last name change after divorce
My finacess ex wife was ordered to change her last name to her maiden naem and she hasnt. Its been two years since the divorce was final and she still hasnt changes her last name. Legally what are our options?

Greetings; I do not believe she was 'ordered' to change her name. She has the right to change her name if she wants to. And she had her attorney put in a provision that changes her name. She is not required to change her name and he can not force her to do so. It is her right to choose. So, what are you options...in a word. None.
