changing orders

If a judge has figures in front of him at hearing and asks an order be drafted based on those figures...can the attorney drafting the order use different figures, from what was presented in court, on the order submitted to the judge for signing?

Attorneys are bound by the ethical rules to do as the court orders.

Your lawyer will know have to file the proper objection to the incorrect order. This must be done in accordance with the court rules and on a timely basis.
