child abandament

my ex hudband has not seen mty two kids in 4 yrs. now he wants to see them. can he legally do that?

Technically, if you did not file a motion with the court to reduce or eliminate his parenting time, the answer is yes. However, if you get a motion before the court with an experienced attorney, such as myself, you may be able to prevent some or a great deal of parenting time so the children are not further traumatized.
