What do I do to get my child back from my husband,we are just recentley seperarated and now he won't give my child back and he has never signed any paternity papers.

If you're married, he doesn't have to have paternity papers. You need to either file a complaint for divorce, custody, or separate maintenance. The court will not get involved until one of those is done. An experienced family law attorney such as myself can assist.
