Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
I have had my child since birth. When she was two he was found to be the father. The court granted us joint custody. When my child turned four, my boyfriend got a job offer out of town and we moved with a formal agreement that temporarily my child's father would have full custody I would have extended weekends. He has now told me he will not give me 50/50 again, and has been denying me my visitation of every other weekend due to getting word my spouse and I got into an altercation. I need help. I am her mom. She cries and screams to come with me.
