Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

child custody

if my daycare provider has had her license suspended because of alligations of sexual misconduct of a minor, and was told by county she could no longer provide daycare, could I lose custody of my own child if I continue to allow said daycare to provide care. I personally do not feel the alligations are true.
