Child Custody

My ex-wife listed her new husband as my son's father on a document. Can I press charges? I now have custody of my son, but I cant get certain documents released to me because I am not listed as the father.

What kind of document did she list this on? I imagine you have a copy of the court order granting you custody? You should be able to enforce this in court, but I recommend you consult a family law attorney. You might have a libel claim, but unless your ex-wife has a lot of money to be had, I don't think that would get the results you seek.
