I have a 15 year old daughter who is refusing to see her father, she says he drinks, does drugs and does not want to see him. I have her in therapy and the therapist is saying that I need to keep her away from him for a while. What do I do?

File a motion to change and or suspend parenting time subject to a drug and alcohol testing. He may still get parenting time but supervised.

You have your attorney obtain a court order to protect your daughter.
