child custody
feel acourt decision on child custody was unfair due to my lawyer,we should have fought for child and she said to give her up,which now i regret, am i able to fight this for judge has not signed final papers yet??

Your question did not provide enough details to allow me to properly answer. However, if you had an evidentiary hearing before the Judge (not the referee) or you agreed to a settlement and placed it on the record, your dissatisfaction with the results alone will not provide you an opportunity to change the outcome. If the Judge made a determination after an evidentiary hearing and made an error, you may be able to file an appeal.
