Child Custody in Michigan
My ex-wife has custody of our daughter. She has a husband who hits my daughter. I have went to the police but they keep sending her back home with her mother who denies that he hits our daughter. I need to know how to handle this because my daughter is terrified of him? Please help.

1. You must go to the judge who granted the divorce and request that your ex-wife lose custody and give you custody;
