Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Child Custody - 1 parent moving out of state

Per recommended order of the FOC, I rec'd sole physical custody of my child, pending investigation. The investigation recommended that it go back to 50/50 custody, no motion has been filed to revert back to the original order (its been 6 months) She has since then moved out to Ohio, and is under the impression that she can resume 50/50 custody, I nor the FOC has given her permission to live with the child out of state. I am currently representing myself, as I cannot afford an attorney, and I am still paying child support for a child that has been living in my household for a year. (my recent motion for support was denied)

If you needed a doctor for a serious medical problem, you'd find a way to protect your health by hiring a doctor.

Protect your child. Find a way to hire a lawyer. You are no more qualified to practice law than you are to practice surgery.
