Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

child issues

my ex-husband has not followed the court ordered parenting time one time literally speaking. He will call when its convenient for him. he is absolutely impossible to deal with. recently he told me ''Iam going to hire a lawyer and get 50/50 custody so I dont have to pay support. he is very vindictive with me. he will tell me '' Iam taking natalie on saturday but not sunday and this is not what it states in the court orders. what can I do / or say tohim? Do I have the legal right to say , no you see her both days or forget it....this man is Constantly playing emotional games with me and using our daughter to do it. hes a doctor by the way and claims hes in hardship cuz he quit his job. after he quit, he purchased a $430,000 home. he has the money for a lawyer and I dont have it. what can I do ? Any suggestions please? I dont know where to turn anymore. I have been through Hell with this person..I mean this seriously. any advice, encouragment ?? plz help in anyway you can

Your ex is smart enough to hire an attorney. You should do likewise. You lack the skill to handle this on your own.

You really need to hire a lawyer to be aggressive, protect your interests and ultimately do what is in the best interests of the children. You have a lot of issues just based on what you've stated here, and it sounds like he is hiding assets.
