Child no longer wants visitation
I have had joint physical and legal custody of my daughter since she was three. She is now 15 and doesn't want to come over anymore...she says "you can't make me". She is in trouble at school, does drugs, and is sexually active. She doesnt want to come over because I'm tough on her and straight talk her...her mother and step father are not and, in my opinion contribute to the problem. They also will not "force" her to come over if she doesn't want to despite my reminder of the court order. Are the police required to enforce this order or do I have to go to court?

Unfortunately your options are limited. The fact that your child is 15 years old makes it difficult for your ex to compel your child to visit with you. You can go to court to try and have the court order your child to see you. It has been my experience that most judges will refuse to do so. From your post it doesn't appear that your ex is interferring with the visitation. It appears that it is your child's decision. Sometimes when a child gets older they develop relationships with their friends and the relationship with their parents suffer. You might want to have a discussion with your daughter and explain to her how you feel. Tell her how much you love her and how it hurts you that she doesn't want to see you. Maybe counseling could help out your situation.
If you believe that your ex is unable to properly care for/protect your daughter you may petition the court for a change of custody. You would need to retain an attorney to assist you with gaining custody of your daughter. Good luck.
