my ex and I have a 9 month old. we recently divorced. I gave her primary with joint legal custody. She used to have a drug problem, but has not taken drugs for almost 2 years now. My question is....due to her past history, can I file a motion to see if judge will order her to take random drug screens to ensure our childs safety? and if I wanted- could I go after full custody given her past......would the judge look at her past if she has been off drugs or would she only be concerned if she was still using drugs? Please give me some idea about this and I cant thank you enough for ur time.

You gave your ex wife custody knowing about her past drug use and now you want to know if the judge will look at giving you custody because of her past drug use?
