Child neglect
My son and his wife have seperated (not a legal seperation), there is evidence of child neglect by his wife. Does he have the right to remove the children from their mother to protect them.

He should do whatever he needs to do to protect the children. He should also contact an experienced and aggressive family law attorney.

Why would he have any less rights to the children than the woman? He probably should see a family law lawyer, however. William S. Stern
