Child Removed from Home

My husband's ex-wife has gone on a tyraid of filing false complaints against him and now she's filing them against me and she's trying to have my child removed from our house. What can we file to keep her from bothering us anymore?

Restraining order. And if she has filed false police reports, you can pursue charges against her for filing a police report and/or harassment. Keep everything documented, as you may have to get a PPO if she is engaging in unwanted behavior, such as telephone calls or in-person visits. For the sake of the child, you want to keep this as legal and civil as possible, despite how difficult the Ex may be.
