What does it mean when my divorce decree says I have a child support abatement obligation of one half if the said minor child is with me for six consecutive overnignts?

It means your child support amount that you would normally be required to pay is cut in half. So if you are supposed to pay $100 for those 6 overnights/7 days, and you have the child, then you only have to pay $50.
