Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Child Support Agreement Between Ex's

FOC denied modification to support for $1,000 mo. for 2 kids. They are leaving me with $600 mo. After rent, I will be left with $170 mo. This is not enough for my monthly medications, Dr. visits, kids weekend stayovers, etc. I am filing papers to be heard by judge. My ex husband has agreed to a lower child support amount and will add his signiture to form. He gets medical and very few food stamps from FIA. Can we do a partial opt out of FOC under circumstances? How? Will judge accept our agreement over FOC recommendation? Please hurry. Must file in 6 days.
