Does i guy pay child support in Michigan if he gives up his right to the child.

As typical in law, it depends on what happened. If it was for an adoption generally cs obligations are terminated. Generally unless there is an adoption or forced parental rights termination child support continues. More specifics are necessary to clarify further.
