Child Support

I have no income, my present husband is on dissability and my ex husband is seeking full custody of my 15 year old, will I have to pay child support.

Yes, if is successful in obtaining custody, then you will be required to pay child support, whether or not you have any income. The judge/courts take the position that if you have a child, you need to support it. Depending on what county your case is pending in, some counties offer job placement assistance, etc., to help you get a job and income, if you need it.
