don't want child support

I do not want to recieve child support. How do I do this if DHS started a case for me?

You and the other side can write up an agreement on a consent order and submit it to the court.

If DHS started a case for you, that means that you get some form of public benefits. If you don't want the father to have to pay for some of those public benefits, quit collecting them.
