child support

hello name removed-- my husband is a good father and has his girls every chance he gets. how ever there are three other childern that the mother says he is the father of and we would like to know and I know there are test he can take he has been told he has to get a lawer and all kinds of things. The first time he requested a test she ran I need help to resolve this matter once and for all he never signed any birth certificate or any thing they are going off her saying he is the father.

In what county do you live? In what county does the mother live? Have there been other court actions in the past? Was your husband previously married to the mother? If so, in what county was the divorce?

These are just a few of the several questions that need to be answered before considering your husband's legal issues.

Hiring a lawyer likely makes good sense, if the mother intends to pursue child support for three additional children.
