child support

me and my ex had a verbal agreement that if she were to get pregnant that she would have an abortion.now that she is pregnant she had a sudden change of mind. can she get me for child support?

Absolutely. If you're the father, you have to pay, even if you were tricked. The money is for the child, not the mother. I have never seen it done before, but perhaps you could have a claim against the mother for violating the agreement. Bill Stern 248-353-9400
