Child Visitation Transportation

I have sole physical custody of my children. Is it my responsibility to provide the transportation for their father�s visitation? He live in the same county as I do.

No. You have no such responsibility to provide transportation unless the judge orders otherwise. I can't imagine the judge ordering that unless your ex was somehow disabled. Bill Stern

Generally, barring extenuating circumstances, if he wishes to exercise visitation, it is his responsibility to transport them back and forth from his home. For more info, please contact my office at (248)851-3171.
