how do i get my children back

please can you tell me how i can get my 1 year old and my 7 month old back from michigan please i am asking because i do not want to go back to michigan let me explain before you say no i am a mother of two i have never or will i ever hurt my children i have been abused by thje father of my children and now he took them from me plase i am asking how can i get them back before it to late without going back to michigan while i was there i was in a safe home but he called he even drove by and that was not safe please tell me how to get them back
