I am wanting to leave the state but dont have consent with there father i want to know the legal way about going about this

The legal way to do this is to file a motion to the court to have your move approved. It would probably be a good idea to consult a local attorney to help you with this to make sure it's done right. Especially if you anticipate the father contesting your motion.
