Childs Domicile/Removal

In the State of Michigan is it the law that the following has to be in the Divorce Judgment: Childs Domicile/Removal The residence of the minor children shall not be removed from the State of Michigan without prior approval of the court. Nor shall the residence be moved more than 100 miles without consent of other party or court.
