Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

my fiancee is in prison for 1 to 6 years for not paying child support all the time on time the judge over looked alot of good information,he was also on probation and he didnt show up a couple of times but his probation was about to be over in a couple of months,the judge is now retired and i think he was just trying to stick it to him his probation officer had suggested that he do 60 days which its already been longer than that,my fiancee said that judge gene schnellz has had the most appeals filed.so can you please help me.
