Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

We have circumstantial infomation that our grandson is now living with his paternal grandparents in Michigan. The father lives n FLorida and our daughter in Indiana. She stonewalls us when we ask her so we think that possibly she signed her rights over. My wife rasied this boy the first two years of his life, he is now 7. We don't wnat custody, just visitation. What can we do as the grandparents and father have blocked our phone and ohter means of conversation?

You may be able to file a grandparent visitation motion. I would need to know particulars about the case, such as whether there is an actual case pending, where, etc. Grandparents now have much more standing than in prior years to bring such motions and obtain court orders.
