commingling of funds
Property inherited (payed tax but transferd by q.c.deed in contimplation of death) portfolio,rental property,bank account,retained on my name soly but used to pay marital bills.Is it subject to divison or just the income?

I have received your recent post regarding inherited property. You really need to contact an attorney in person to decide this. I can tell you that the general rule is that all assets of the estate will be divided pursuat to the trust or will. John C. Talpos (http://www.mich-lawyer.com)

You did not give a lot of information, such as the length of the marriage, etc. However, it seems that the finds would be part of the marital estate unless you can show they were just held for convenience. The division may not be 50/50.
