Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

commingling of funds

Property inherited (payed tax but transferd by q.c.deed in contimplation of death) portfolio,rental property,bank account,retained on my name soly but used to pay marital bills.Is it subject to divison or just the income?

You did not give a lot of information, such as the length of the marriage, etc. However, it seems that the finds would be part of the marital estate unless you can show they were just held for convenience. The division may not be 50/50.
