council reprenseting 2 parties

if me and my girlfriend get married would we both be able to obtain the same council on the same retainer?

Yes, provided there�s no direct conflict between the parties� interests. The lawyer is required to apprise the parties of any potential risks in joint representation. Thereafter, counsel may be provided upon consent of both parties.
