Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I am a custodial parent, my daughter is 6 her non custodial parent gets visitation the second half of Christmas. We both live on different states. He wants the child to fly as an unacompied minor, I do not think she is mentally ready for this, he usually himself picks her up. So yes this would be her first time doing this alone. Or anything a lone. I know I have to sign papers to agree to this via the airline. Is their anything I can do legally to keep my child from flying as an unacompied minor?

You can file a motion with the court or be prepared to respond to a potential show cause hearing. I would need more information to advise you further. Feel free to contact me for more information.
