How do i go about getting custody

Whats the fisrt step i take to get custody of my little sister?? How do i do this? Ive never done it before.

Maybe your best bet is to get guardianship from the probate court. It is easier and puts you in charge of her day to day. You would need to file a petition with the local probate court to accomplish this and have good reasons for doing so. William S. Stern
