Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

custody

I am 16, 17 in May. I live with my dad but want to live with my mom. Dad won't agree. They are in the same school district. Can I petion the court? What can I do?

As a minor, you can't do anything. Only the parents can make your desires known to the judge.
